To make things even more interesting, we’ll also be giving away special cards for the top performers in each game week!

To get started, all you need to do is sign up for an account and then head to the “Global Cup” tab. From there, you’ll be able to create or join a team of up to 8 players for the World Cup. Then you can choose a league to join and play in the standard Global Cup League.
Once you’re in a team, you’ll be able to start playing matches against other teams in order to earn points. The team with the most points at the end of the season will be crowned the winner and will receive a free card!
In the Global Cup, you’ll see three types of Common cards. All three designs are different, but they all have the same utility. They can all be played in the tournament and design depends on partnerships between clubs and national teams.
Your first task in the Manager’s hot seat is to build an original squad of 8 players within a budget of 100 points. You can choose two players for every position (Goalie, Defender, Midfielder, and Forward) from any team so long as you don’t have more than two players from the same team.
The players on the teams are ranked according to factors such as how well they have been doing for their club and national team, and how likely it is that their national team progresses to the knockout stage. For example, Messi and Mbappe cost 20+ points versus lower-ranking players who cost less. You have 100 points to distribute, so use your points wisely!
During the World Cup, you’ll be able to find different opportunities when advancing through the tournament. Keep your eyes peeled for four new player cards that will unlock on these dates:
Before the Round of 16: Nov 29 — Dec 3
Before the Quarterfinals: Dec 3 — Dec 9
Before the Semifinals: Dec 9 — Dec 13
